These Terms of Service govern website use, quote requests, bookings, payments, and cleaning services provided by Wild Lantern LLC.
- By using the website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
- Quotes are based on the information provided and may change if the job scope is materially different.
- Cancellations and lockouts may carry fees when notice is too short or access is unavailable.
- If something is missed, tell us promptly and we will make reasonable efforts to correct it.
These terms apply together with any written quote, invoice, service checklist, or signed service agreement we provide.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Wild Lantern LLC ("Wild Lantern," "we," "us," or "our").
You accept these terms when you use wild-lantern.com, submit a quote request, approve a quote, schedule a service, pay an invoice, or otherwise receive services from us. If you book on behalf of a company, property, or household, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You must be at least 18 years old to request or purchase services from us.
Our services
Wild Lantern provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including recurring upkeep, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup, interior windows, floor care, and related add-ons.
The exact services, areas, frequency, price, and timing for a job are described in the quote, invoice, service checklist, message confirmation, or written service agreement for that job.
Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the information you provide, including property size, condition, service type, frequency, access, and special requests. If the actual condition or scope is materially different, we may revise the quote before performing extra work.
Unless stated otherwise, quotes are estimates and are valid for 14 days. Taxes, special supplies, excessive buildup, biohazards, unsafe conditions, unusual access, or added services may affect the final price.
Scheduling and access
We will agree on a service date and arrival window. Please provide safe, timely access to the property, running water, electricity, parking instructions, and any access codes or keys needed for the job.
If our crew cannot enter the property, cannot safely work, or is delayed because required access instructions were not provided, a lockout, travel, or short-notice cancellation fee may apply.
Payments, invoices, and taxes
Payment is due as stated on the quote or invoice. Residential services are generally due on or before the service date unless we agree otherwise. Commercial services may be billed per visit or on recurring invoice terms.
You authorize us and our payment service providers to process approved charges using the payment method you provide. You are responsible for applicable taxes, returned-payment fees, and reasonable collection costs for overdue balances.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our website servers. Payment card details are handled by secure third-party payment service providers.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule without a fee by giving at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled arrival window. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if our crew arrives and cannot access or safely clean the property, we may charge up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Recurring customers may pause or end future service by giving reasonable notice. Completed services and fees already incurred remain payable.
Satisfaction guarantee
If an included area was missed or did not meet the agreed checklist, notify us within 24 hours after the service. We may inspect the issue and, when appropriate, return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
The guarantee does not cover excluded services, permanent staining or damage, pre-existing conditions, unsafe areas, cluttered areas that could not be accessed, or requests outside the agreed scope.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate property, access, and service information.
- Secure pets, valuables, weapons, medication, fragile items, and confidential materials before service.
- Tell us about alarms, cameras, damaged surfaces, delicate materials, unsafe conditions, pests, mold, biohazards, or areas to skip.
- Provide a safe work environment with running water, electricity, reasonable temperature, and clear access to areas being cleaned.
- Promptly review completed work and raise service issues within the guarantee window.
Prohibited use of the website
- Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
- Do not attempt to interfere with website security, availability, forms, scripts, or servers.
- Do not submit malicious code, spam, false information, or content that violates another person's rights.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. By using the website or services, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Cleaning results depend on property condition, materials, age, maintenance history, water quality, ventilation, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, odors, mold, mineral buildup, damage, or conditions requiring specialty remediation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wild Lantern is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a service issue is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, improperly installed items, unstable fixtures, items left unsecured, or damage caused by inaccurate instructions or unsafe conditions.
Disputes and governing law
If a dispute arises, both sides agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting each other and explaining the issue in good faith. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any legal action related to these terms or our services must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless another venue is required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Material changes apply going forward and do not change already-completed services unless required by law.
